Accepted Payment Methods

At sandclloouds.com, we accept the following payment methods for all purchases:

  • MasterCard (credit and debit cards)
  • PayPal

We do not currently accept American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, gift cards (unless purchased directly from us as store credit), or cash on delivery (COD).

Payment Processing Timeline

  • Payment is authorized at the time you place your order.
  • Your credit/debit card or PayPal account will be charged when your order is confirmed.
  • For pre-ordered or back-ordered items, your payment method will be charged at the time of order confirmation, not at the time of shipment.

Currency

All prices displayed on our website are in United States Dollars (USD). Your payment will be processed in USD. If your payment method is in a different currency, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees, for which we are not responsible.

Billing Information

We reserve the right to cancel any order if the billing information provided is incorrect or cannot be verified.

Payment Failure

If your payment method is declined or fails for any reason:
