Shipping Destinations
We currently ship exclusively within the United States (including all 50 states). We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation and payment verification.
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
- Orders placed after 6:00 PM ET or on weekends/holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Delivery Time
Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times within the United States are 3–6 business days.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders. There are no minimum purchase requirements or additional handling fees.
Shipping Carriers
We work with a variety of reputable carriers to ensure timely delivery of your orders. The carrier assigned to your shipment will be determined based on your shipping address, package size, and other logistical factors. Carriers may include but are not limited to USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other trusted regional carriers. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been shipped, allowing you to monitor your shipment’s progress.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize you have provided an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@sandcllooud.com. If your order has already been shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is secure. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. We will assist you in filing a claim where possible.
